San Diego Heat All-Stars South Bay's LONGEST RUNNING premier Allstar cheer program founded in spring of 2002

Congrats to all of the Youth Cheer teams that placed at the Youth Cheer Competitions.

Congrats to Olympian Saints, Otay Ranch Broncos, Eastlake Panthers, IB, Santee Cowboys, and all of the other teams the Heat program worked with. Great Job Girls!!!

The San Diego Heat Allstars would like to announce that they will be adding a HALF-Year Team that will start November 10th and end April 5th.

Have you ever wanted to cheer for an allstar team but could not commit the travel time or the large amount of money well come Join the Heat.

Parent meeting on November 10th at 7pm at the Heat Gym. If you can not make that meeting please come to the first day of practice on November 16th at 6:30 for the Youth team.

Teams we are forming.

Tiny Tot  Ages 5 and under

Mini Team 8 years and under

Youth Team 11 years and under

Senior open team 18 and under

THE HEAT WILL BE OFFERING CHEER AND TUMBLING CLINICS DURING THE OFF SEASON FOR YOUTH AND POP WARNER CHEER TEAMS.

THE HEAT IS STILL ACCEPTING KIDS FOR THE 2008-2009 CHEER SEASON.

The San Diego Heat is looking for Boys to come join the Heats Co-ed team. Come tryout!!

San Diego Heat Allstars wants you to join South Bay's Top All-star Cheer Program. We are affordable and fun.

The San Diego Heat will hosting open tryouts for our 2008-2009 season. If you think you have what it takes please call 619-318-2232.

Please bring a copy of your childs birth certificate.

No Experience Needed!! Everyone makes a team.
